First for those unaware of the Way Back Machine; a project of archive.org that began by taking snapshots of websites for archival. An amazing feat allowing us all to go back in time and view a websites as they were. Checkout AMSA's past designs.
Recently added to archives.org are 166,831 audio recordings files, 238,372 texts files, 81,126 movies, and last but not least 41,867 music file performances. A free and legal resource to fill your MP3 player, thank you! You can listen online via an audio stream, download single tracks, or entire performances, in multiple audio formats. Yeah, brain over load - for sure! Open source free-music-books-video-education galore at archive.org!
You may not find the Beatles, Springsteen, and/or major artists but this certainly is a resource for discovering new artist. I've been listening to many local Austin performances from Stubbs and Gruene Hall.

For starters try my one arm curl program, and what would a exercise program be without adequate personal trainers. I've got you covered, I'll share a couple of my favorite personal fitness trainers, (eg. Training program #1, Training program #2) for you to workout.
